RDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped or picked up. Fees may apply to order cancellations - see "Fees" section below.

LIVE WORMS GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY
We take pride in delivering healthy, live worms. Our "live worms guarantee" ensures that your worms will arrive alive and in good condition for their intended use, subject to the following terms:
Live Worms Guarantee
We guarantee that the worms in your shipment will arrive alive. If your worms are not alive when they arrive, please reach out to us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the shipment) so we can make it right!
Claim Process
Claims must be submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery.
To open a claim, send us an email at aspenroadorganics@gmail.com. Please provide the following: your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and photos of the worms and the packaging.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your claim.
Remedy
If your worms do not meet our "live worms guarantee", we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement shipment or a full/partial refund (excluding shipping costs). Replacements are subject to availability.
Exclusions
The "live worms guarantee" does not apply if:
- the package was not inspected upon delivery or was left outside in extreme weather.
- delivery delays/issues were caused by the shipping carrier.
- the incorrect mailing address was provided by the customer.
- there was improper care of the worms post-arrival.
For all other refund inquiries unrelated to live arrival please contact us at aspenroadorganics.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
FEES
A 15% fee may apply to orders that are cancelled after the shipping notification was sent.
